How do I return an item?

We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged, in date items in their original packaging.

To return an item you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be returned to us within 45 days of the date of the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot give refunds on any product where the inner and/or outer seal has been broken. All Merch must be unused and in brand new condition.

When will I get my refund?

Once receiving the return we will refund the payment method used for purchase within 2 working days. It will then show on your account/card on average, within 5 days for the UK and up to 5-20 days to show on payment methods originating outside of the UK. If you have not received your refund within this amount of time, please get into contact with us so we can investigate further.

Are returns FREE? 

We offer free returns in the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. For orders outside the UK currently, we are unable to offer free returns.
