Shipping & Delivery

When will my items ship?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders after 1 pm London time will be dispatched the following working day.

We use both UPS and Royal Mail to complete our deliveries.

UK Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery: £3.98 – 2-4 business days – Free on orders over £50.

Expedited Delivery: £4.99 – Next Working Day.

UPS: Price varies on postcode.

Try for 98p orders shipping is FREE. However, if other products are added the shipping fees above will apply.

 

EU Delivery Options:

Currently, all orders are shipped from the UK. However, we are working very hard to have EU orders ship from the EU within a few weeks.

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed: £12.00 – 5-10 working days.

UPS Standard: Starts at £9.76 – UPS prices are based on weight and region of the country. 3-5 working days.

UPS Express: Starts at 14.76 – UPS prices are based on weight and region of the country. 1-3 working days.

Try for 98p orders shipping is £5.99. However, if other products are added the shipping fees above will apply.

Rest of World Delivery Options:

Currently, all orders are shipped from the UK.

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed: £20.00 – 5-25 working days (country dependant).

A number of UPS options may also be available at the checkout. UPS prices are based on weight and region of the country. UPS offer great pricing globally but are really great value for the USA & CA.

 

Customs:

If you live outside of the United Kingdom your parcel will be subject to customs. We are not liable or responsible for any of the following but not limited to; loss, damage, seizure, delays, destruction, or prosecution by your government in relation to any order placed on MyMod Gaming. We take no responsibility for the parcel or its contents if any of the issues mentioned in this paragraph should occur.

 

Covid 19/Brexit

Some international delays are still occurring due to Covid and/or Brexit. Because of this please allow an extra few days for international orders to arrive.

Where is my order?

You can find your tracking number in your email confirming the shipment.

In the unlikely event that the order is taking longer to arrive than it should, please check your tracking number before contacting us.

If the parcel says delivered but you are unsure where on your property/business, please contact the delivering courier directly first. As they have systems in place to tell you exactly where your order was delivered.

If after this you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 14 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
